Training for readers

Currently, the Church has a large number of committed laypeople who exercise different ministries and functions in ecclesial communities, whose work has great repercussions. That is why it is vitally important that pastors ensure that their lay faithful receive adequate preparation to carry out their tasks, especially the proclamation of the Gospel. The Formation Plan for readers and ministers of the Word contributes to the fulfillment of this objective, as it contains the necessary tools to achieve a closer approach to study, prayer and the proclamation of the Word of God, so that it is possible to give a true testimony of that Word within communities.
