GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Conditions of use

Before placing your order, carefully read the instructions and information that follow, since placing any order implies full knowledge and acceptance by the customer of the conditions of sale described below:

2. Orders

Orders are processed and prepared using stock available at the shipping location , processing and preparation may take between 1 - 5 working days, so any addition will be considered a new order and, to that extent, subject to all other applicable conditions. In the case of made-to-order products, it may take up to 120 days for them to be shipped.

3. Deliveries / Shipping

Except for exceptional and specific situations, all orders are shipped within the 5th working day following the order. In the event of a stock break, the system will not allow the order to be placed. However, if the system fails and the order is placed, the customer will be notified by email or telephone of the expected delivery date. 4. Shipping costs

The cost calculation is directly dependent on the shipping address, the total weight of the order and the shipping method (DHL Express worldwide, CTT for international or national orders, Fedex, DPD or MRW). If the shipping details are not filled in correctly, the customer is responsible for the costs involved until they receive the order at their home.

5. Transport

All deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the customer by CTT, FEDEX, DPD, MRW or DHL, depending on the area and/or customer's option. For more detailed information please visit the Shipping Information page.

6. Payment

Payment will be made in advance with the order, via credit card, Paypal, MBWAY or Multibanco (only for Portugal). If the order is not delivered to the address indicated by the customer for which the reason is attributable, Loja De Produtos Religiosos will reimburse the customer for the payment made. 7. Returns

The customer has 14 consecutive days , counting from the date of receipt of the order, to terminate the contract and return the item:

Returned items must be in perfect condition , in the original unopened packaging, with the complete number of units, as well as a copy of the Sale. The refund of amounts paid will be made upon receipt of the items at our facilities and verification of their condition. Returns originated for reasons attributable to the Religious Articles Store are not subject to a minimum return limit and will be fully credited, with shipping costs and handling fees being our responsibility.

For returns originating for reasons attributable to the customer , the customer will be responsible for all return costs. In these cases, the shipping cost will not be refunded, only the value of the products will be refunded following the rules below.

The return and exchange of products must comply with the following conditions:

- Return of products in good condition, without any signs of use, with original and complete packaging and other elements that accompany the product, namely: warranty certificates, protective films and security labels;

- Any exchange or return must be accompanied by the respective invoice;

- Exchanges of personalized products according to the Customer's specifications are not accepted (rings and wedding rings made to the customer's specifications, engravings, etc...);

- We do not return custom-made products such as wooden statues that are expected to ship in more than 20 working days.

- Made-to-order products (expected to be shipped in more than 15 working days. Once work has begun, it is not possible to cancel it and no refunds will be made on products started.

- In the case of sending the product, it is the responsibility of the Customer, namely costs, loss, damage that it may suffer during transport and delays.

All products will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that comply with the exchange conditions will be accepted for exchange.

8. Pricing

Within the European Union, the prices indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force in the customer's country, which will be correctly itemized in cash sales. For non-EU countries and taxpayers validated in the system (VIES), product prices do not include VAT, that is, the value of products is 23% lower than in European Union countries. 9. Changes

Lojadeartigosreligiosos.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to make changes to prices, shipping costs or any other value indicated here, as well as the transporter or transport company. Changes may occur in terms of product description, packaging and specifications when these are determined by their origin. These changes will not result in any reduction in the quality of the product. We will ensure that the photos reliably present the image of the product . However, any dissimilarity found between the product and the photograph in the catalog does not determine the loss or reduction in quality of the item and this in itself cannot be a reason for a return.

10. Guarantee of protection of personal data The data provided is processed electronically and is intended for sending the order, issuing the respective Cash Sale, tracking the items, as well as their statistical treatment and/or presentation of new proposals. 11. General Conditions

The data to be used in Cash Sales are those contained in the header of the order form, so please fill them in correctly. Failure to complete the order form header may invalidate delivery of the product.
