Once upon a time, in a small village in Spain, there was a young woman named Mary. She was known for her beauty, her kindness, and her love for God. One day, an angel appeared to her and announced that she had been chosen to be the mother of the Savior. Mary was filled with wonder and joy, and she said yes to God's plan for her life.
Nine months later, in a humble stable, Mary gave birth to her son Jesus. The angels sang, and the shepherds came to worship the newborn king. Mary held her son close and pondered in her heart all that had happened.
Years went by, and Mary watched as Jesus grew up, teaching and healing people, and challenging the religious authorities of his time. She followed him wherever he went, supporting him with her prayers and her presence. And when the time came for Jesus to fulfill his mission, she stood at the foot of the cross, weeping and praying for her son.
After Jesus' death and resurrection, Mary continued to be a faithful disciple, sharing the good news with others and caring for the early Christian community. She eventually returned to heaven, where she reigns as Queen of Heaven and Earth, always interceding for us and leading us closer to her Son.
Oh Mary, Our Lady of the Incarnation, you who said yes to God's plan for your life, help us to say yes to whatever God is asking of us. You who carried Jesus in your womb and in your heart, help us to carry him in our lives and in our actions. You who stood at the foot of the cross, help us to stand with those who suffer and to bring them hope and comfort. You who are the mother of all believers, help us to be faithful and loving followers of your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
