Once upon a time there was a small village located on the coast of Italy. The village was peaceful but constantly threatened by pirates who attacked their village and took their young. The villagers were helpless and didn't know what to do until they heard about Our Lady Help of Christians.
The villagers gathered and prayed to Our Lady Help of Christians, asking for her help and protection. The next day, a miracle happened. A group of pirates tried to attack the village, but as they approached the shore, they had a vision of Nossa Senhora Auxiliadora wielding a sword, which made them turn around and leave the village in peace.
From that day on, the villagers knew that Our Lady of Help answered their prayers and protected them from harm. They built a beautiful church in her honor, and people from all over the world came to pray to her and ask for her help.
Today, May 24th, is the commemoration of Our Lady Help of Christians. On this day, we remember her power and grace, and we pray to her to protect us from harm and help us overcome our struggles.
Prayer to Our Lady Help of Christians:
Dear Our Lady Help of Christians, we come to you today with grateful hearts, thanking you for your protection and help throughout our lives. We know that you are always with us, watching over us and guiding us in our daily lives.
We beseech you today, on your commemorative day, to help us through our struggles and challenges. We know that you have the power to heal, protect, and provide for us, and we trust in your divine grace.
Please watch over us, our families and our communities and keep us safe from harm. Help us to always turn to you in times of need and to remember that you are the help of all Christians.
We ask this in the name of your son, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
